The book is quite an interesting read as it covers all aspects of finding that part of you that really does not care about the opinion of others because listening to other people's opinions can be stressful and makes you quite unhappy.
The key message of the book are :
1. When we try to do too much in life it causes us stress and we live an unhappy life
2. We need to stop giving a fuck about the things that causes us pain
3. Choose what it is you want to care about
4. Develop a more constructive approach to work, love and life itself
5. Forget FOMO (fear of missing out) and really know that you will miss out on things no matter what
6. Pick what's important to you and ignore the rest
