Another fantastic read and I would be sharing my thoughts on the book.
Introverts are naturally very shy and reserved and they really don't like sharing so much about themselves.
However, this rule really does not go so well in the workplace because quite naturally extroverts also work along side introverts and there needs to be an agreement between these groups of individuals.
So in order for introverts to thrive these are my suggestions
1. Take advantage of your ability to listen
2. Introverts are also good in planning ahead of events, by writing down questions to ask to the speakers
3. Create a blog to build your network and increase your visibility. Creating a blog allows you to harness the power of keen observation and when you post share on your social media accounts like LinkedIn, Twitter.
