DEFINING MY WHY
As with every weekend that comes, its time to reflect.
I always try to be real and authentic on this platform so more people can connect with me and be drawn to what I do.
LinkedIn has provided a platform where I can talk about my failures, mistakes, success stories and accomplishments
Sam made a post where he said that he has been creating content at a certain time that where tailored to what people wanted him to do and not for his own personal passion and goals.
I was like that at a point in my life where I thought about what people thought about me so I played tunes that they would love and not what I loved.
I need to keep reminding myself about the reason why I started building my brand.
My aim is to inspire people and not to chase likes or comments or popularity but to really build my community.
This weekend was a personal reflection for me
I want to remind you that as you work this 2020, don't chase instant gratification or social media likes or cheap popularity
But add value to people's life in everyway
Smile regardless of the good and bad times
I leave you with this quote
"If you are building your future, make sure its worth the pain and tears"

Human Vulnerabilities
This short piece is about Human Vulnerabilities
It is totally fine to be pressured how you handle it, is what matters
It is okay to weak at times, because from there you can draw your strength
It is okay to fail, because you will find success afterwards
It is okay to make mistakes, because we are imperfect beings
You don't need to try and control everything, you just need to be intentional about what really matters
Make this year a time of being real and human

Clare Cares foundation
Clare Ezeakacha has an exciting opportunity for you
Clare Cares foundation will be focusing more on education this year, organizing pep talks and counseling our young boys and girls.
Do you know any school in Lagos we can visit to mentor the girls and boys?
Last year we bought some JAMB FORMS for a few who couldn’t afford to buy, this year we will also do same.
We will also be sending kids back to school this September/October? You can suggest a school that needs educational materials.
We would also love sponsors for stationeries, school bags, Jamb forms, etc.

FAILURE IS PART OF THE GROWTH PROCESS
I read a post by Alessio Pieroni he talked about how failing at something leads you to discovering success.
The truth is you cannot really experience success if you do not take action and try.
Don't be afraid to fail
Get uncomfortable
Take risks
Remember that failing at something means you are trying

Being an entrepreneur is very challenging
Being an entrepreneur is very challenging especially when there is a goal you are trying to achieve. Today before starting my podcast session with my guest, I was faced with internet connection issues which made me very uncomfortable. However, the true mark of a great entrepreneur lies in his or her ability to be calm under a lot of pressure. Nigeria is a very challenging environment to start a business and its remarkable that success stories still come from this ecosystem. Let's win in 2020 despite the challenges hashtag#ituahwrites

ITS NOT TOO LATE
How do you define a journey?
A journey takes many forms
Our journeys are different
We are all different in our own unique way
The sooner you realize that you operate on your clock, the better it would be
So many successful people discovered that great idea after many trials and errors
I want you to know that you can be a success story as well
Do not be pressured by the success of others and think that yours is been delayed
You too have a purpose and God is not through with you yet
Its not too late to be who you truly should be
Everyday make a conscious effort to keep pushing and growing
