This book is quite an interesting read as it explores the dynamics of good Human Resource Practice and ethics.
The key message from this book are:
1. Human Resource Management is usually underappreciated and left by the wayside but its actually a core aspect of any organization.
2. For any organization to thrive good HR practice must be implemented.
3. When hiring or firing act fairly and according to procedure
4. When firing an employee make sure he/she knows the reason for his termination, if the reason is poor performance consider giving the employee an opportunity to improve
5. If your organization has a standard procedure consider following the rules to avoid violation of contract.
