I sat down with Mr Henry for a Skype Interview on my podcast on Monday. We had a very wonderful conversation and it was truly enlightening. One of the key quotes I got from the podcast after I listened to the podcast again for almost the 4th time now was that, "If you are in an organization, first of all learn from the Organization". He was trying to say that even when the organization may not offer you all that you want to achieve try and learn what you can so when you leave the company in search of other opportunities, you won't go empty.
