GROWTH MINDSET OF A LEADER - THE POWER TO THINK IN EXTRAORDINARY WAYS
Being a leader takes a lot of determination and grit
You are directly responsible for the growth of your followers
Leadership takes many forms, you could be a teacher, a mentor, a father, a mother
I started my leadership journey as far back as my primary school education where I was elected the class prefect
Till then Leadership has been part of my life
Here are some ways you too can be an effective leader
1. Be teachable
2. Listen to people
3. Be open to feedback
4. Accept criticism
5. Learn everyday
6. Be a good mentor
Leadership is an intentional effort, so in 2020 make it your goal to lead people in your community

Clare Cares foundation
Clare Ezeakacha has an exciting opportunity for you
Clare Cares foundation will be focusing more on education this year, organizing pep talks and counseling our young boys and girls.
Do you know any school in Lagos we can visit to mentor the girls and boys?
Last year we bought some JAMB FORMS for a few who couldn’t afford to buy, this year we will also do same.
We will also be sending kids back to school this September/October? You can suggest a school that needs educational materials.
We would also love sponsors for stationeries, school bags, Jamb forms, etc.
Send a dm or an email to clarecaresfoundation@gmail.com

FAILURE IS PART OF THE GROWTH PROCESS
I read a post by Alessio Pieroni he talked about how failing at something leads you to discovering success.
The truth is you cannot really experience success if you do not take action and try.
Don't be afraid to fail
Get uncomfortable
Take risks
Remember that failing at something means you are trying

Being an entrepreneur is very challenging
Being an entrepreneur is very challenging especially when there is a goal you are trying to achieve. Today before starting my podcast session with my guest, I was faced with internet connection issues which made me very uncomfortable. However, the true mark of a great entrepreneur lies in his or her ability to be calm under a lot of pressure. Nigeria is a very challenging environment to start a business and its remarkable that success stories still come from this ecosystem. Let's win in 2020 despite the challenges hashtag#ituahwrites

ITS NOT TOO LATE
How do you define a journey?
A journey takes many forms
Our journeys are different
We are all different in our own unique way
The sooner you realize that you operate on your clock, the better it would be
So many successful people discovered that great idea after many trials and errors
I want you to know that you can be a success story as well
Do not be pressured by the success of others and think that yours is been delayed
You too have a purpose and God is not through with you yet
Its not too late to be who you truly should be
Everyday make a conscious effort to keep pushing and growing

Magic Happens Outside Your Comfort Zone
You have probably heard this before....... Good things happen outside your comfort zone But have you really sat down and asked yourself what this means A while back I was always afraid to step out of my comfort zone and try new things This however did not make me grow as a person and I needed to switch up Its important that we learn to take risks and really push forward in our quest to becoming who we truly should be. So for this new week, if there is any project you want to accomplish at work and it demands you taking risks remember that magic happens outside your comfort zone hashtag#ituahwrites Listen to interesting interviews on my podcast https://lnkd.in/dC_cBPk

I cannot overemphasize the importance of Networking. Networking is super important because it connects you with people who can and will be able to advance your career. Thankfully, LinkedIn has provided a good foundation to practice and hone your networking skills Just by engaging on posts, dropping a comment or liking and sharing a post can land you a major contract with a big wig here And the icing on the cake is the private messaging feature where you can interact directly with new leads and form friendships as long as you do it right Networking has helped me connect with different professionals on this platform and I have been blessed to have interacted with so many amazing people on a personal level Let's start Networking Today hashtag#ituahwrites

Data Incubator for Young Professionals
If you are a recent graduate or young professional, then this is for you.
To most of you, 5 years from now might seem like 500 years from now.
It's easy to focus on short-term issues instead of long-term goals, making you likely to jump around from job to job without having a clear goal in mind.
What you should know as a recent graduate is that you should start thinking about where you want to go from Day 1.
Then start looking for opportunities to learn about skills that are in demand and relevant to the future.
Did you know that hashtag#DataScience is one of the most demanded skills in the business world?
Enrollment is on for our hashtag#Data Incubator learning program.
