Being a leader takes a lot of determination and grit
You are directly responsible for the growth of your followers
Leadership takes many forms, you could be a teacher, a mentor, a father, a mother
I started my leadership journey as far back as my primary school education where I was elected the class prefect
Till then Leadership has been part of my life
Here are some ways you too can be an effective leader

3. Be open to feedback
4. Accept criticism
5. Learn everyday
6. Be a good mentor
Leadership is an intentional effort, so in 2020 make it your goal to lead people in your community
