A new read for 2020 in the month of January
This book is an interesting read as it touches on some key messages that would enable Young Entrepreneurs find their voice in the business world and achieve incredible success.
The key message from the book are:
1. To be able to generate that one good idea, you must be willing to go through the process of generating a series of bad ones before finally arriving at a good one.
2. Procrastinating on a task before doing it leads to effective performance. Although am not a fan of procrastination, Adam Grant touched on it point and explained why it is so
3. The position in your family also matters in generating new ideas and finding your niche. This means if you were born later in the family you are capable of generating new ideas as opposed to being a first born
4. To be truly original you must be willing to work with others and form partnerships
5. You must be willing to move out of your comfort zone
